You generally carry around a lot of negativity. You may or may not be aware of it, but it’s true. There are so many bad things happening, just right now, in our world that just tears us apart, internally and externally. However, yoga can help to change that.
Through yoga you become more conscious of yourself – the insides that make you tick. Once you become more aware of you and those feelings the negative parts will begin to dissipate.
