Everyone has their struggles. It could be a failed relationship, the death of a loved one, financial hardship, medical problems, etc. Some of these circumstances may be temporary while others can remain for extended periods, even years!
Whatever the cause, people’s common responses to dreadful situations include a range of emotions, including despair, anger, sadness, and fear. Their challenges can either make or break them! They can become stronger, or succumb to their emotions.

No two days are ever completely the same. They may seem like they are, but they are not. Even if there are tiny changes in your day or routines, they may be so insignificant that they just flow and still bear semblance to your normal routine.
However, there are incidents that can cause significant changes in your life. These types of major changes can be viewed negatively, especially if they are hard to deal with and cause emotional or physical pain. These changes can be very difficult to accept.
Of course, there are some changes, such as the death of a loved one, that has no simple solution. So we are going to look at four major areas of life where change can happen, and may not be a change you want to accept, but see if there is a positive side to focus on.
