Visualization and affirmations are the two most often discussed practices associated with the law of attraction. Both are highly effective but must be employed properly if you wish to see results. Going through the motions out of a sense of duty will not cut it.
You must feel it and be excited when you’re visualizing and affirming. Without feelings behind your actions, there will be no results. This is the most important point that you need to take away from this article.
